It is important you feel good about your Therapy & and Therapist before committing.  For that reason, we offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation.

You can tell us a little about what is going on, we will briefly cover how we will work with you in your situation, and we will cover administrative details such as therapy length, cost, times, insurance, etc. and answer any other questions you might have so you know you are getting the best care you can get.

We offer services to all of California through an HIPPA compliant (privacy protected) video platform.
